Being a member of the Rita's team provides you with the opportunity to develop valuable job skills such as communication, team building and guest service. Every person at Rita's plays a key role in the success of the Rita's brand.
All Positions have these basic requirements…
Provide fast, friendly and accurate service to our guests
Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the store
Must be able to work at least 2 shifts per week (Mon- Fri) and at least 1 shift (preferably 2) per weekend (Sat- Sun) Spring, Summer & Fall. Preference is given to those that have the most availability.
Must be able to work at different venues- we do a lot of catering, fundraising and mobile events
Must have reliable transportation
Must know how to count money, wash dishes, lift thirty pounds, stand for 5 hours or more and be willing to clean
Be able to handle a fast paced environment
All positions are Part-Time and Seasonal (Feb-Nov) except for Managment with can also be Full-Time and Year Round.

Job Descriptions
Treat Team Member
A Treat Team Member is an entry-level position and is perfect for a first-time job. Pay is based on an hourly rate (Typically Minimum Wage) PLUS tips. (Our tips are shared via tip pool and paid out monthly. Our staff averaged $3-$6 per hour in tips last season)
Special Event Team
Our Special Events Team is a fun, mobile entry-level position requiring flexibility and works at several positions.
Pay is based on an hourly rate (Typically Minimum Wage) PLUS tips. (Our tips are shared via tip pool and paid out monthly. Our staff averaged $3-$6 per hour in tips last season)
Team Leader
A Team Leader is a supervisory position and requires accountability to the Store Manager. Pay is based on experience PLUS tips. (Our tips are shared via tip pool and paid out monthly. Our staff averaged $3-$6 per hour in tips last season)
Manager/Asst Manager
A Manager or Asst Manager is a top leadership position and requires accountability to the Store Manager and Owners. 2 years of leadership experience is required, and responsibilities vary based on experience. Pay is based on experience PLUS Tips.
Event Manager
Our Event Manager is a fun, mobile position requiring flexibility with scheduling. In conjunction with the Store Manager, you will build our Catering program. Pay is based on an hourly rate of $15 plus tips. (Our tips are shared via tip pool and paid out monthly.

It is important that we have a complete understanding of your availability for the season and we ask that you keep in mind that your responses will play a factor in our hiring decision.
Our busiest time of the year is April to August. We expect our employees to be available to work at least 2 days during the school week (Monday-Thursday) and 2 shifts on the weekend (Friday-Sunday) during this period. We expect that you will be available most weekends in the summer.
